Use of cookies

In order to improve your browsing experience on our website, we use cookies that are stored on your computer. This information also allows us to generate statistics based on visitor data to our website and to send reminder emails for uncompleted purchases. When you add a product to your cart without placing an order, it will be stored for 90 days.

The use of tracking tools

We use two tools to analyze our website traffic and user behavior: Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics.

The Facebook pixel allows us to measure the effectiveness of our ads by tracking the actions taken by people on our website. The pixel is based on cookies that collect five types of data:

  1. Data concerning button clicks: this includes all buttons clicked on by site visitors, the names of these buttons, and all pages visited following these clicks.
  2. HTTP headers: everything found in HTTP headers. HTTP headers are a standard web protocol sent when a browser requests access to a server on the Internet. HTTP headers include IP addresses, web browser information, page location, document title, referring URL, and the person using the website.
  3. Pixel-specific data: this includes the pixel ID and the Facebook cookie.
  4. Form field names: this refers to the names of fields on the website such as “email,” “address,” and “quantity” when a customer purchases a product.
  5. Optional values: additional information about the visit using custom data events. Custom data events include conversion value, page type, and more.

This data is collected by Facebook in accordance with the GDPR, which requires that data be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Google Analytics allows us to analyze traffic on our website. Google Analytics cookies collect the following data:

  • Digital identifiers including cookies
  • Internet Protocol addresses and device identifiers
  • Customer IDs

You can disable tracking at any time with these two tracking tools by refusing cookies.
